9. Service and Multi-Culture

Description:

    The track welcomes submissions that relate to all aspects of service research situated in a global, international ormulti-cultural context. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: research that considers the impacts of cultural values in designing, managing, and consuming services; research on global service strategies; multi-country studies of service development and management; cross-national and cross-cultural comparisons of service development and management ; issues relating to the globally distributed service teams; and issues relating to servicedevelopment and management at the national level.

Paper Submission – types and format

All submissions should not have been submitted for review, accepted for publication, or already published elsewhere. Author of an accepted paper must submit a camera-ready final paper and at least one of the authors are required to register and present the paper in the conference to qualify for publishing the paper in the conference proceedings.
