Chih-Hung PENG (彭志宏) is currently an Associate Professor in Information Management at College of Management, National Taiwan University. Prior to joining National Taiwan University, he was on the faculty of City University of Hong Kong and National Chengchi University. He earned a PhD in Information Technology Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. His research interests include virtual team, social media, organizational innovation, and service innovation. His research appeared in MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Production and Operations Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Decision Support Systems, etc.
