    Yu-Hsuan Wang (王豫萱) is an Assistant Professor at National Sun Yat-Sen University (NSYSU) in the Institute of Human Resource Management. Her research area is organizational behavior and human resource management. Her studies focus on organizational identification, psychological contract, workaholism, career development, and leadership effectiveness. She has published articles in international SSCI journals such as Journal of Vocational Behavior, The Journal of Psychology: Interdisciplinary and Applied, and peer-reviewed Chinese TSSCI journals such as Management Review, Psychological Testing and Journal of Human Resource Management.
