Submission Formatting

 

1.The paper templates for the two submission stages can be downloaded from the following links.

2.Authors should first prepare and submit a Full Paper or Long Abstract* for review.

3.Once the paper has been accepted, a Camera-Ready Paper must be prepared for final submission according to the specified format.

 

*Long Abstract
In addition to Full Papers, ICSSI is pleased to announce that we now welcome Long Abstract submissions. This category provides a flexible platform for sharing ongoing research, innovative concepts, or practical case studies.
Submission Highlights
Length: 800-1500 words.
Focus: Core research ideas, methodology, and preliminary findings.
Opportunity: Perfect for presenting works-in-progress and gaining professional feedback from the international community.

 

Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the following categories and templates:

(a) Full Paper – A full paper within 10 pages for completed research work. Please use the file ICSSI-no_author_manuscript.doc.

(b) Long Abstract – a 2 to 4-page long abstract for ongoing research, innovative ideas, or practical case studies. Please use the file ICSSI-no_author_long-abstract.doc.

(c) Camera-Ready Paper – for the final submission of accepted papers. Please use the file ICSSI-Submission_paper-manuscript.doc.
