Due to the impact of the typhoon, parts of the ICSSI 2024 were conducted online instead. We deeply regret this situation!

Dear ICSSI 2024 Participants,

Due to typhoon “Gaemi” and the government's announcement of office and school closures, we have made some changes to our conference format. This change prioritizes the safety of all participants, and we believe this is the most responsible course of action. Please read the following information carefully

The conference sessions on July 24 will be held online.
On July 25, we will return to the physical venue as originally planned.
We created a Gather Town space as our virtual conference space where you can participate in various conference activities, including keynote speeches and presentations. This space allows us to maintain the interactive and engaging nature of our event.

Important Note: Please do not share the session link or Gather Town password with anyone. These are exclusively for registered participants.
Some key points of the Gather Town

· The schedule of keynote speeches and sessions on July 24 remains unchanged from what was in the program.

· The floor map in Gather Town will mirror the original venue layout as shown in the program. For example, if you want to join Session “Service Marketing” on 13:30-15:00, July 24 at Room MD1002. In Gather Town, you can find room MD1002 and join the session.

· To help you navigate Gather Town space, we have attached a user guideline. We encourage you to review this document before the conference to familiarize yourself with the platform.

· We will have dedicated staff members available in Gather Town to assist you with any technical issues you may encounter during the conference.

Our top priority throughout these changes is the safety of all participants. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we adapt to these circumstances. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
