2026 International Conference on Service Science and Innovation (ICSSI 2026)
Conference Theme: TIES – Technology, Inclusivity, Economics, Sustainability

Date: 2026.06.23~06.26
Location: College of Management, National Chung Hsing University

With the accelerating pace of global digital transformation, technology has not only reshaped service industries but also deeply impacted societal and environmental development. Breakthroughs in artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and cloud computing have enabled more intelligent, personalized, and efficient services. However, this technological revolution has also introduced new challenges: How can we ensure technological innovation benefits all communities and reduces the digital divide? How can technology develop alongside environmental sustainability, without additional resource depletion and environmental burdens? How do we build forward-looking and sustainable smart service ecosystems?

The Service Science Society of Taiwan (S3TW) has long focused on service innovation and digital transformation, promoting core areas such as Smart Services, Data-Driven Services, and Sustainable Services. Through industry-academic collaboration and international exchange, S3TW aims to advance the practical application of technology in service science.

This International Conference on Service Science and Innovation (ICSSI 2025) adopts the theme “TIES: Technology, Inclusivity, Economics, Sustainability” emphasizing the tight integration of technology, inclusivity, and sustainability. Through academic presentations, panel discussions, and diverse exchanges, the conference will explore how innovative technologies can drive smart services while ensuring social equity, environmental sustainability, and fostering inclusive and sustainable development.
