    To better accommodate the conference schedule, the hotel has revised the original accommodation policy:
    ● No surcharge for Friday stays during the conference period
    ● No minimum length of stay is required
    ● Conference participants may enjoy the special rates regardless of the number of nights booked

   available to ICSSI 2026 participants.

    ● The accommodation package includes one daily one-way shuttle service from the hotel to National Chung
       Hsing University (NCHU)
    ● Shuttle vehicle types will be arranged by the hotel based on the total number of reserved rooms
    ● The organizing committee will coordinate shuttle schedules and may request preferred times in advance

     All charges are calculated based on the original room rate of the stay period and are subject to availability.
    ● Early Check-in
       ☉ Before 09:00: One full-day room charge
       ☉ 09:01–16:00: Half-day room charge
    ● Late Check-out
       ☉ 11:00–16:00: Half-day room charge
       ☉ After 16:01: One full-day room charge

    ● Breakfast service hours (dine-in): 06:30–10:30
    ● Takeaway breakfast boxes are available upon request for early departures
      ★Please contact the front desk at least one day in advance
    ● Guests are entitled to up to five single-sided black-and-white copies per day during their stay
        (copies may be accumulated)
