Program & Venue Guide
The following information provides an overview of the ICSSI 2026 program schedule and venue arrangement. Please refer to the program tables for daily schedules and assigned venues. The floor plans below show the locations of conference rooms, session rooms, registration area, restrooms, elevators, refreshment areas, and VIP lounge.
Program Overview
The program overview is arranged by date. Please check the venue column for the assigned location of each program or session.
June 23, Tuesday (Day 1)
Day 1 includes conference registration, workshop, and welcome reception. Most activities will take place on the 1F.
Day 2 includes the opening ceremony, keynote speeches, panels, breaks, and lunch. Programs will mainly be held in 1F Room 112, 1F Room 121, and the 1F Lobby.
Day 3 parallel sessions will be held on the 3F. Sessions A, B, and C are assigned to Rooms 312, 316 and 319 respectively.
Conference Banquet & Award Ceremony: 18:00–20:30, Liz Restaurant.

The following floor plans show the main conference venues and nearby facilities. Highlighted rooms indicate the rooms used for ICSSI 2026 programs. Please refer to the room guide below for session room assignments.

The 1st Floor
The 1F includes the main entrance, lobby, registration area, Room 112, Room 120, and Room 121. Main programs, workshops, welcome reception, breaks, and lunch will be held on this floor.
The 3rd Floor
The 3F includes the parallel session rooms. Sessions A, B, and C will be held in Rooms 312, 316 and 319 respectively.
The 5th Floor
Room 514 and Room 533 on the 5F are designated as the VIP Lounge for invited guests and conference VIPs.
