From Taichung to NCHU

National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) is located in the South District of Taichung City and serves as the main venue area for ICSSI 2026. This page provides suggested transportation options from major transportation hubs in Taichung to the NCHU campus.

 

From Taichung High-Speed Rail Station 🚄  to NCHU

🚕 By Taxi 

Take a taxi from Taichung High-Speed Rail Station to National Chung Hsing University (NCHU). The ride takes approximately 20–25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

🚌 By Bus 

Take Bus No. 33 from Taichung High-Speed Rail Station, Platform 18 to National Chung Hsing University (Xingda Road). The ride takes approximately 30–40 minutes.

 

From Taichung Railway Station 🚆 to NCHU

🚕 By Taxi 

Take a taxi from Taichung Railway Station to National Chung Hsing University (NCHU). The ride takes approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

🚌 By Bus 

You may take one of the following bus routes to National Chung Hsing University (Xingda Road):

  • Bus No. 33 or 35 from Taichung Station (Taiwan Boulevard)
  • Bus No. 73 from Taichung Station (Chenggong Road Intersection)

Get off at National Chung Hsing University (Xingda Road).

Orange Route from Wucyuan West Road Interchange: Wucyuan W Rd.  turn right →  Wucyuan S. Rd. turn left → Xingda Rd.  go straight → NCHU 

Blue Route from Taichung Port Rd Interchange : Taichung Port Rd turn right → Yingcai Rd. → Guoguang Rd.→ turn right → NCHU

Green Route from Taichung Railway Station  : Taichung Rd. turn right → Xingda Rd. → NCHU
