About the Workshop
This afternoon workshop invites participants to explore service design through real-world observation and collaborative ideation. Taking place at National Chung Hsing University, the workshop will guide participants through field observation, insight development, and service concept prototyping.
Instead of working only with abstract cases, participants will engage directly with the campus environment and develop ideas based on actual user experiences and service scenarios.
Workshop Highlights
• Real on-site field observation, not a simulation
• Expert-led facilitation by the Taiwan Design Research Institute
• Team collaboration from insight discovery to service concept development
• A tangible prototype developed within three hours
