A Cultural and Sustainability Journey in Nantou
The ICSSI 2026 Social Event will take place on June 26, inviting participants to travel from National Chung Hsing University to Nantou for a one-day cultural and sustainability journey.
The program brings together university social responsibility, regional revitalization, sustainable architecture, ecological culture, Indigenous heritage, and the natural beauty of Sun Moon Lake.
Highlights
• NCHU Nantou Branch: USR practice and regional revitalization
• DIY Embroidery Patch Workshop: connecting ecology and local culture through handcraft
• Puli Paper Dome Park: sustainable architecture, ecological community, and post-disaster renewal
• Sun Moon Lake and Ita Thao: lake scenery, Indigenous culture, and local cuisine

The Social Event is open to both registered conference participants and non-registered guests.
