Presenter Guideline

To ensure a smooth presentation process, all presenters are kindly requested to review the ICSSI 2026 Presenter Guideline before attending their assigned paper session.

Preparation & Arrival

Arrival & Check-In: Please arrive at your designated session room 15–20 minutes prior to the start time and check in with the staff immediately.
Presentation Files: Bring your slides on a USB flash drive (formats: .pdf or .pptx) and load them onto the venue’s desktop computer before the session begins.
Equipment Provided: Venue desktops, projectors, screens, and wireless pointers will be available.

Presentation Rules & Timing

The paper session schedule can be accessed on the Sessions page .
Language Requirement: The official language is English. All slides and oral presentations, including Q&A, must be conducted entirely in English.
Time Allocation: Each session lasts 80 minutes and features 3 to 5 papers. Each paper is allocated a strict total of 20 minutes:
    ○ 15 Minutes: Oral Presentation
    ○ 5 Minutes: Q&A / Discussion
    ○ Session Management: The exact sequence and timing may change on-site at the Session Chair’s discretion.
Timekeeping Reminders:
    ○ 1 Ring / Visual sign: 2 Minutes Remaining
    ○ 2 Rings / Visual sign: Time’s Up
    ○ 3 Rings / Verbal intervention: 1 Minute Overtime

Certificate of Presentation

After the completion of the paper presentation session, presenters will receive a Certificate of Presentation from the Session Chair.
