The proceedings of ICSSI 2024 only include abstracts. This allows authors to modify their papers based on the valuable suggestions collected during the conference, thereby enhancing the quality of their work. A total of 58 papers have been included in this conference, presented either in person or online. We hope to seek solutions for sustainable development through service design methods.
